DOCUMENTATION / PRIVACY
Your data, clearly explained.
Information about Azarty’s corporate website. Updated on 15 October 2026.
Email enquiries
The contact page provides links to info@azarty.com. These links open your email application; the message is transmitted when you send it from there. The website does not store a contact form or request payment details.
If you write to us, your email address and the content you share may be used to respond to your enquiry and follow up. Please share only the information needed for that purpose.
Information from a previous invitation
The previous version of the website included a list of interested people. That invitation is no longer available on this corporate website. If you submitted your email and phone number, you can request information, correction, withdrawal of permission or deletion by writing from the email address you used.
Any existing records remain in a database with restricted administrative access. The website change does not extend the permission granted or authorise new uses of that data.
Hosting and access
The website is served by the hosting provider selected by Azarty. That provider may process technical data, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver pages, keep the website running and protect the service. Processing locations depend on the contracted infrastructure.
Cookies and resources
This version does not include advertising tools or third-party analytics. The application uses browser storage for the language preference, as described below. Fonts and graphic resources are served from the website itself.
Your requests
You can ask what information is held about you, request a correction or ask for deletion at info@azarty.com. To protect your data, we may need to verify that the request comes from the person concerned.
Language and connection country
When you enter through the main address without a saved preference, your browser asks GeoJS for the country code of the connection. GeoJS receives the IP address as part of that request. Only country information is requested; precise location is not requested and the application does not store the IP address.
Your manual language choice is saved in your browser’s local storage until you change it or clear that data. The automatic result is kept only for the session. You can choose English or Spanish using the header selector. If the lookup fails, English is displayed.
The estimated country may reflect a VPN or the network being used. See the GeoJS privacy policy.
